The New York Times recently named Danielle Trussoni's memoir, Falling Through the Earth, one of "The 10 Best Books of 2006." In the book, Trussoni investigates her father's experience as a "tunnel rat" in the Vietnam War and explores its effects on her family. Trussoni earned an M.F.A. in fiction writing from the Iowa Writers' Workshop ('02).
