"Writers Gone Public" features student writers from the English Department's under- graduate creative nonfiction classes, which are taught by graduate teaching assistants from the Nonfiction Writing Program. Held during the final week of classes every semester, the Writers Gone Public readings celebrate the power of words, the value of teaching, and the academic accomplishments and personal stories of a new generation of essayists.

Attend the readings on May 3 & 4 at 7pm, in Gerber Lounge (304 English-Philosophy Building).
